Recipe of the Week – Baked Oatmeal

2 3/4 cups oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup raises or dried cranberries
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Process:
*Beat and mix the following separately:
3 1/2 cups skim milk
4 egg whites, beaten
1 tsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
Spray ovenproof pan with olive oil
Combine all ingredients
Bake 350 degrees for 55-60 minutes
