Recipe of the Week: Baked Tilapia Fish with Fresh Lemon

4 Tilapia (or as many as needed)
3 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tsp. Zesty Lemon & Pepper Seasoning Salt (or to your taste)
2 Lemons cut very thin (seeds removed)


Pre-heat over to 350 degrees
Place as many Tilapia fish as you need on a baking pan lined with aluminum foil
Brush each Tilapia with olive oil
Sprinkle each fish with Zesty Lemon & Pepper Seasoning
Put the thinly cut Lemon slices over all the fish
Bake for approximately 20 – 25 minutes or when the fish is done
Serve fish with the lemon slices
