Recipe of the Week: Blackberry Salad with light raspberry dressing

Ingredients:
One bag baby spinach or mixed spring greens
2 green onions cut into small pieces
Walnuts broken into pieces
One package low fat goat cheese feta crumbles
Blackberries
One avocado scooped and the meat cut into pieces
Girard’s Light Raspberry dressing (delicious!)
Directions:
Toss all the ingredients together – Instant summer bliss!
