Recipe of the Week | Cabbage Salad


A summer time favorite



2 Tbs sesame seeds

1/2 cup slivered almonds

3-4 green onions, chopped

1/2 had cabbage, chopped

1 package Top Ramen noodles (Chicken flavor)


2 Tbs sugar

1/2 cup oil

2 Tbs vinegar

1 tsp salt

1/4 tsp pepper

1 spice packet chicken flavor (from Top Ramen noodles)



Toast sesame seeds and almonds in 350 degree oven, watch closely.

Toss with onions and cabbage.

Break up as many noodles as you want to eat and add to salad.

Put on dressing at the last minute, just before serving.
