Recipe of the Week: Chicken salad–quick and lite









treatment times; font-size: 12pt;”>Hot late summer/early autumn afternoons are still with us, try try purchasing a rotisserie chicken no cooking, viagra no oven and you can have it the first night as a main with mashed potatoes a salad or vegetable.

Next night shred chicken into a bowl and you have the basis for a great salad or sandwich.

You can add ¼ cup mayonnaise, a tablespoon of Dijon mustard, cranberries,  and toasted walnuts. Or just add mayonnaise and some herbs you have in the refrigerator, another twist is adding curry to taste along with diced celery, this salad can be as simple or elaborate as you like.

Wonderful on toasted bread or stuffed into a pita pocket, or placed on lettuce leaves and topped with toasted almond slivers.
