Recipe of the Week: Easy Skillet Pork Chops

order arial,sans-serif;”>4 Pork chops, 3/4 inch thick (about 1 1/2 #)
1 Can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell’s Healthy Request condensed cream of celery soup.
1/4 cup apple juice or water.
2 TBSP spice brown mustard
1 TBSP honey
1/4 tsp pepper
4 cups hot cooked cholesterol free noodle style pasta. Cook without salt.

Directions:

Spray medium skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat 1 minute.Add chops and cook 10 minutes or until browned. Set chops aside. Add soup apple juice, mustard honey an pepper. Heat to a boil. Return chops to pan. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 10 minutes or until chops are no longer pink. Serve with pasta.

TIP: stir-fry some sliced zucchini in a skillet spayed with cooking spray. Toss with cooked noodles and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
