Recipe of the Week: Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

It’s quick. It’s easy and it will be great for family gatherings.

1 cup cooked macaroni

1 1/2 green onion chopped

1 green bell pepper chopped

1 1/2 Tablespoon chopped pimento

2 sweet pickles chopped

Directions:

Boil macaroni until done.  Drain.  Add onion, bell pepper, pimento and sweet pickle.

Add 2 Tablespoons salad dressing.  Mix.  (You can add cherry tomatoes, peas, maybe a dash of paprika.

Yum!
