Ingredients:
1 bunch fresh Rapini (Gelson’s has the best)
Half a package thick spaghetti
Crushed cloves (2 to 3 if fresh or 1 or 2 tablespoons diced garlic from a jar)
Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper
Direction:
Cut rapini discarding stems. Boil until tender to remove bitterness. Drain and set aside.
Cook spaghetti until tender. Drain and set aside
Saute garlic in frying pan in olive oil. Add spaghetti and rapini. Saute and season to taste.
Serve warm with Parmesan cheese. Delicious!
Prep time, half an hour.
