Recipe of the Week: Oven Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:

Fresh carrots, peeled (Albertson’s carries fresh baby carrots pictured here)

Garlic salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

Light Olive Oil

Directions:

Place carrots on cookie sheet

Salt and pepper, sprinkle with Olive Oil

Roast at 450 degrees for 25 minutes, checking often, flipping with spatula until done (Some ovens cook faster so watch them)
