Recipe of the Week: Pasta Salad with cherry tomatoes

Ingredients:

16 oz bag of Garden Rotini cooked

1/2 cup of Trader Joe’s (Tuscan Italian Dressing with Balsamic vinegar)

1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.

1 can of black olives drained and cut in half I small basket of cherry tomatoes

1 small red onion diced. (Optional)

Sea salt

Olive oil

 Directions:

The colder the pasta the better. I like to cook the pasta the night before, rinse with cold water, and toss with a little olive oil and sea salt. Add the remaining ingredients except for the tomatoes. Refrigerate overnight. When your ready to serve add the tomatoes. I personally do not refrigerate my tomatoes.
