Recipe of the Week: Peas and Onions

Another no-brainer for your Thanksgiving Feast…when one is cooking so much food, how much brain can possibly be left?
Ingredients:
One package 12 ounce frozen green peas
Light Olive Oil (you can use regular Olive Oil, but that’s just more calories and you still have the pumpkin pie to eat)
Half an onion
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Dice Onions and saute in Olive Oil
Add peas and stir until heated through
Salt and pepper to taste
It’s more starch, but it is green
