Recipe of the Week — Pumpkin Bread
Now that you’ve cooked down that Halloween Pumpkin it’s time to make some goodies!

Okay — let’s make some Pumpkin bread!
Ingredients:
3 cups sugar
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs (mix well then add)
2 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 teaspoon cinnamon (mix well then add)
3-1/2 cups flour
2/3 cup water
2 cups cooked pumpkin (or 1 can (16 oz.) pumpkin (mix well then add)
3/4 cups raisins
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
Directions for Baking:
Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Spray each pan you will use with Pam.
You can use 3 to 4 loaf pans OR 9 to 10 small aluminum throw-away pans.
Bake for about 1-1/2 hours or until a toothpick in the center comes out clean.
Let cool then gently remove from pan.
