Recipe of the Week—Sausage Stuffed Mushrooms

viagra times; font-size: 16px;”>1lb package Bulk Sausage (like Jimmy Dean brand found in the freezer section)

salve times; font-size: 16px;”>1 8oz brick Cream Cheese at room temp

1Tbs minced garlic

1-2Tbs parsley flakes (fresh or dried)

12 oz package whole mushrooms, cleaned with stems removed

8 Ritz Crackers crushed

Directions:

Cook sausage and garlic, drain off excess oil.  Mix in cream cheese and parsley (save some parsley to use as garnish).  Heap onto mushroom cavity.  

Bake 350 degrees for 20 mins. Sprinkle with crushed crackers and bake for another 10 mins.
