Recipe of the Week: Thistle Dew Pasta Salad

1 lg. clove garlic, minced
½ small onion, chopped
1 T fresh dill
5 sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped
1 T capers, drained
½ cup Romano cheese, grated
1 T fresh parsley, minced
5 T olive oil
2 T rice wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients and toss with cooked and drained pasta.
