    Uh, it’s being siphoned off to secret/black agencies within the government. It’s being stockpiled for WTSHTF. Obviously, they don’t trust “the people” and want to enforce rule with deadly force, when martial law is declared for some questionable reason. Why don’t you ask your elected politicians where it’s all going and why? Think they’ll tell you the truth? Ever heard of a “private army”? It’s already in place…and waiting for the order. Otherwise, I’m willing to hear your reasoning for this buildup.
