RiverPark Neighborhood Council

Happy New Year from your neighbors on the RiverPark Neighborhood Council!

Shortly before the holidays City staff asked to have a conversation with the residents of RiverPark regarding our community finances. City staff, including Oxnard’s City Manager Alex Nguyen, will join residents to talk about what residents’ needs are and to try to find ways to reign in expenses associated with our community finance district. Please consider joining us for a conversation with city staff and leadership about how our neighborhood’s finances are put to use locally.

We hope to see you there,

Clay Downing, Chair
Judy Breen, Vice Chair
Agustin Mendoza, Member-At-Large
Ilana Stice, Member-At-Large
Kathy Shoemate, Member-At-Large
Denise Overcast, Member-At-Large
