Salon owners push to reopen, battling high temperatures and working outside

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX 26) — While hairstylists and barbers in Fresno are allowed to offer services outside, the limitations on what they can offer are challenging to some.
Eileen Smith says she has been in the beauty business for more than 40 years now.

“It’s really not worth it to do one or two people,” says Smith. “It’s more important to have to follow the guidelines.”
