Salsa with Shrimp

Recipe
Ingredients:
4 Small tomatoes
8 Green onions
4 garlic cloves minced
½ cup cilantro chopped fine
1 Jalapeno pepper
20 Medium size shrimps (thawed)
3 Tbs lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Process:
Chop the tomatoes, onions, minced garlic, cilantro, Jalapeno pepper and put in a large bowl. Cut the shrimps in thirds and add to the bowl. Add the lemon juice, salt and a dash of pepper. Mix well, taste for any additional lemon juice or salt. Refrigerate for an hour before serving. Taste before serving to see if you need to add more salt or lemon juice. Serve chilled with tortilla chips.
