Santa Paula gang member found guilty of assault: Faces up to 19 years in State Prison.

viagra 100mg times;”>On 12-12-2014 a Ventura County Jury found defendant, store 24 year old Santa Paula resident German Renteria, guilty on charges of an assault with a deadly weapon with the use of a firearm.  The incident occurred on August 23rd 2012.  There was a special allegation of violating the Street Terrorism Enforcement and Prevention Act (Gang Enhancement).  Renteria is a documented member of the Crimies gang in Santa Paula. He was found guilty of committing this felonious attack for the benefit of the Crimies gang. Mid-way through the trial, Renteria failed to appear in court when ordered. A bench warrant was issued for his arrest by the judge. At the time when the verdict was announced, Renteria was still outstanding.

With the assistance of the Ventura County Sheriffs Gang Unit, Renteria was located in the City of Camarillo and arrested without incident. The investigation was a combined effort between the Santa Paula Police Departments Patrol Division and Investigations/Gang Unit. Renteria is scheduled to be sentenced in January of 2015 and could face up to 19 years in state prison.
