Santa Paula Police Department – Incident Press Release
On Thursday, 11/12/20 the Santa Paula Police Department conducted a search warrant in regards to narcotic sales at the residence of Cesar Gonzales age 40 of Santa Paula. During the search, SPPD Detectives recovered a large amount of methamphetamine, heroin, scales, packaging material and other narcotics paraphernalia.
During the search Detectives also located ammunition, a switch blade style knife and a taser. Gonzales is a convicted felon and prohibited from possessing these items. Gonzales was taken into custody without incident. Gonzales was charged with 11378 HS; Possession of Narcotics for Sale, 22610(a) PC; Felon in Possession Stun Gun, 30305(a)(1) PC; Felon in Possession of Ammunition and 21590 PC; Possession of Switchblade Knife. Gonzales was transported to the Ventura County Main Jail.
