Secretary Padilla: Wethinks Thou Doth Protest Too Much — Commission on Election Integrity
California Secretary of State Alex Padilla
California Secretary of State Alex Padilla, along 25+ other Secretaries of State (SOS) has refused to cooperate with the bipartisan President’s Advisory Commission on Election Integrity. He was asked to simply supply the state’s voter list to the Commission so it can investigate practices that could lead to improper or fraudulent registrations and voting. The requested information is, for the most part, public information, and no more than any candidate, education organization, research organization, among others, are privy to.
Secretary Padilla states that he does not want to “legitimize already debunked claims of massive voter fraud.” California’s Election Integrity Project (EIP) asks not only when, where and how did the “debunking” take place, but more importantly, why protest an opportunity to conclusively prove through third party investigation his assertion that there is no election fraud in California? What does the Secretary have to hide?
EIP has some of the answers. In our 6 1/2-year history, we’ve had the backs of California’s lawful voters, submitting over 80,000 bad voter registrations to county officials and former SOS Debra Bowen. This included over 3,000 people who EIP suspect voted after death or voted twice in at least one election. Reaction from the highest election official in the state…..? Crickets!
“Though Secretary Padilla appears uninterested in ensuring the integrity of elections across the state,” said Linda Paine, EIP’s President, “we will continue our ongoing effort to ensure the cleanup of the state’s poorly-maintained voter list.”
In June the Election Integrity Project of California began releasing reports to the media and will continue to do so in an effort to alert President Trump’s Commission about the erosion of the integrity of California’s electoral process beginning with badly maintained and bloated voter rolls.
The Election Integrity Project of California encourages the Commission’s investigation of the California’s voter rolls and electoral processes. www.elecitonintegrityproject.com
When it comes to California elections, protesting the release of the state’s voter rolls to the Commission is “Much Ado about Nothing”!

Padilla and his kind have plenty to hide. The democrats are fervently looking for that “smoking gun”. They don’t have to look any further than their hidden backyard. The more realistic estimates of 25-30 million illegals in our country (than the Obama administration’s insistence it’s only 5-10 million…yea, right) would lead to believe there was enormous voter fraud this past election.
Especially, since Obama simply encouraged it with his national interview coverage on Spanish TV, where he promised “there would be no one hunting you down to prosecute you for exercising you right to vote”, where he related a resident the same status as a citizen. Yea, they have plenty to hide in California.
