Shooting suspect arrested in Ventura

On 1/18/20 about 3:12 AM the Ventura Police Command Center received a 911 call of a shooting in the 500 block of Thoreau Lane. Patrol officers responded and located a victim who had a superficial wound to the leg.

The ensuing investigation revealed that the victim and suspect are related and were involved in an altercation. The suspect became upset and shot the victim during the argument. The suspect fled the scene and is still outstanding. The victim wanted to seek his own medical treatment.

The suspect is currently wanted for assault with a deadly weapon.

Why does it say “Shooting suspect arrested in Ventura” in your HEADLINER and then later in the article say he’s still “WANTED”
Am I missing something here?
