Simi Valley | Help Identify This Vehicle Burglary Suspect

Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release

 

On July 15, 2018, Simi Valley Police Officer responded to a report of three Vehicle Burglaries at the Simi Dog Park located at 2151 Lost Canyons Drive. The officer’s investigation revealed that between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., an unidentified suspect smashed windows on three parked cars in the parking lot. The suspect removed purses from two of the cars and a wallet from the third car. Some of the victims’ credit cards were later used to purchase merchandise at three local businesses including the Walmart located at 255 E. Cochran Street. 

The description of the suspect captured on video using stolen credit cards is: 

Gender: Male 

Race: Black 

Age: Approximately 20-years-old 

Height: Approximately 6’ 0” tall 

Weight: 230-240 pounds 

Hair: Short Black hair 

Clothing: Black short sleeve Nike tee-shirt, black shorts, and black and white tennis shoes 

Other: Appears to have tattoos on both arms

The Simi Valley Police Department Detective Unit is attempting to identify this suspect and question him regarding the vehicle burglaries and use of stolen credit cards.
