Simi Valley PD Ask Public to Help Catch These Thieves!

Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release

The Simi Valley Police Department is requesting the community’s assistance in identifying the suspects in the attached photographs. The suspects are wanted in the theft of credit cards taken from a woman’s purse that occurred at Sprouts Grocery Store, located at 2800 Cochran St in Simi Valley. 

On January 7, 2017, at approximately 4:00 PM, a female victim was grocery shopping while she had her purse inside her shopping cart. She was distracted by one of the suspects, as the other suspect removed her $500 designer wallet that contained several credit cards. Within a half hour the suspects tried to make purchases totaling over $3,000 with the victim’s stolen credit cards, but were only successful for one purchase of $500.

Both suspects are described as: Hispanic Males, approximately 30-40 years of age, 5’8” in height and 180 pounds.
