This was the culmination of an investigation into complaints from area residents regarding narcotics sales occurring. The following subjects were arrested:

Sean Colin Guenthner (10/06/1988), arrested for 11351 HS – Possession of controlled substances for sale, 11352(a) HS – Sale/Transportation of controlled substances, 11359 HS – Possession of Marijuana for sale, 11370.1(a) HS – Possession of controlled substances with a firearm, 182(a)(1) PC – Conspiracy to commit a crime.

Jacob Tave Gomez (03/15/1991), arrested for 11352(a) HS – Sale/Transportation of a controlled substance, 182(a)(1) PC – Conspiracy to commit a crime.

Cory Allen Fear (06/20/1985), arrested for 11358 HS – Cultivating Marijuana.

During their search, narcotics Detectives confiscated a quarter pound of cocaine, approximately $7,000 in suspected narcotics proceeds, an SKS semi-automatic rifle, a Ruger 10/22 semi-automatic rifle, a Glock 22 handgun, approximately 35 marijuana plants, and approximately 15 pounds of packaged marijuana.

All three suspects were booked into East Valley jail for the listed charges.
