Simi Valley Police arrest man for stalking and violating domestic violence restraining order

Michael Langrock

On August 3, 2014, the Simi Valley Police Department was contacted by two victims who reported a relative, Michael Langrock, 35, had made verbal death threats against them as well as several harassing phone calls. Due to similar incidents involving the same victims in the past, a restraining order against Langrock was in effect and a felony warrant had been issued for his arrest in connection with a previous case charging him with stalking and violating a domestic violence restraining order with bail set at $250,000.00.

Langrock’s last known address was listed in Ventura, CA., and information was received that he was en route to an appointment at the Simi Valley Town Center Mall, 1555 Simi Town Center Way. Several members of the Simi Valley Police Department’s Detective Unit as well as a K-9 Officer deployed in the area of the mall. Langrock arrived at the location driving his vehicle and was taken into custody without incident. He was in possession of a stun gun at the time of his arrest. He was booked at the East Valley Jail for the outstanding warrant and additional charges of stalking and violating a domestic violence restraining order.

Anyone with information on Langrock or his criminal activities is asked to contact Simi Valley Police Detective David DelMarto at (805) 583-6218.

I have sued these people in federal court. Thank you for your presumption of Innocence. I’ve been through quite an ordeal including torture while in custody.

Simi Police wrote this, not Citizens Journal. that is why it is labeled as a press release.

So was Mr. Langrock convicted of anythi crime? The Domestic Violence Restraining Orders are automatically granted, there need not be any proof submitted, there is no due process, a person is uneder them, and now breaking the law based not upon a conviction, but a mere assertion. One would hope that the man arrested had been convicted of a crime or that the warrant was based upon factual assertions, niot an assertion of a Restraining Order. This is the perverse violations of our liberties taht we are under. IF you have an angry or delusional person who wants to get you in trouble, all they need to do is request a Restraining Order, and they are Automatically granted, If you then violate the Order, You go to jail!
