medical arial,sans-serif;”>On May 11, 2015, Simi Valley Police Detectives began investigating an allegation of a sexual assault on a minor. The minor/victim brought the allegation forward. Numerous interviews concerning the allegation were conducted and physical evidence was located and collected at the victim’s residence. The suspect was identified by the victim as Joseph Langenegger, 57, of Simi Valley. Langenegger was interviewed by Detectives at the Simi Valley Police station and at the conclusion of the interview, he was arrested for 288a(b)(2) PC / oral copulation on a minor. Langenegger was booked at the Ventura County Main Jail.
