The Simi Valley Police Department is seeking public assistance identifying this subject who was present and witnessed a felony assault at a Halloween Party in the 1000 block of William Court on October 31, 2019. The subject appears to be a white male adult, wearing brown pants, a dark shirt, and a possible light colored hat. This image was captured just before the felony assault occurred.
