Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release
A Simi Valley Police Officer was patrolling in the 1800 block of Erringer Road when he noticed two subjects near a vehicle behind closed businesses. A check of the vehicle’s license plate revealed that it was reported stolen.
The Officer contacted the two subjects, identified as 28 year old Robert Spencer-Roman and 32 year old Cori Davies, both local transients. Evidence linking Spencer-Roman to the stolen vehicle was located and he was arrested for unlawful driving/taking a stolen vehicle. Davies was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant and both subjects were booked into Ventura County Jail.
