Simi Valley | Suspected Arson Fire

Simi Valley Police Department – Incident Press Release

Early Friday morning, at about 2:45 a.m. Simi Valley Police Officers and Ventura County Firefighters responded to the 2700 block of Dalenhurst Place for a reported fire.

When police and firefighters arrived, they discovered two vehicles in a driveway that were on fire. VCFD personnel extinguished the blaze and an arson investigator was requested. Subsequent investigation revealed that the vehicles were intentionally lit on fire. No suspects were immediately located and the investigation continues.
