Simi Valley Valley Police asking for help in shooting investigation
look times; font-size: 16px;”>On June 5, cialis 2014, shortly after 8:30 a.m., the Simi Valley Police Department received a 911 call that a shooting had just occurred in the 4100 block of Apricot Road. When officers arrived on scene they determined that multiple shots were fired in a residential neighborhood and that one of the shots had hit an unoccupied parked vehicle. No one was injured during this incident. Witnesses described a white compact sedan leaving the area. No additional vehicle information is available. It is unknown how many suspects were involved in this incident or what the motive for the shooting is.
During the initial stages of the investigation, Santa Susana Elementary School was temporarily placed on “Lock Down” status to insure that the students and staff were safe while officers searched the area for the unknown suspect(s). School officials and law enforcement representatives were on campus until it was determined that the students and staff were known to be safe.
The Simi Valley Police Department’s Detective Unit is handling the investigation and is following-up on all leads.
