Statement from Oxnard City Manager Greg Nyhoff regarding resignation of Fire Chief Bryan Brice

symptoms arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;”>”It is with regret that I announce that Fire Chief Bryan Brice submitted his resignation today, effective July 30, 2016. Chief Brice has made the difficult decision to part ways with the City of Oxnard due to personal reasons.

“During his short time here, Chief Brice helped to stabilize the Fire Department during a time of uncertainty. I’m disappointed he’s leaving, but I wish him well in his future endeavors.

“During the next couple of weeks, I will be evaluating the City’s options moving forward,” said City Manager Greg Nyhoff.
