Suspect breaks into Ventura home while resident is inside

viagra times; font-size: 12pt;”>Thursday, viagra 40mg November 24th, just past noon, Ventura Patrol Officers responded to a report of a residential burglary that had just occurred in the 500 block of Donizetti Ave.

The victim, a 55 year old female Ventura resident, reported that she was inside of her residence when she heard someone knocking on her front door. The victim did not answer her door and a few minutes later she observed the suspect inside her residence rummaging through a drawer. She confronted the suspect, described as a black male, between 20 to 25 years, 6’ tall with a  thin build and wearing a red shirt and black shorts,  fled the residence and was last seen running away on foot.

Officers arrived on scene and set up a perimeter. The victim’s residence was checked and no other suspects were found.

The investigation determined that the suspect had gained entry into the victim’s backyard and entered her residence though an unsecured window.

A VPD K-9 Officer responded to assist with the search of the surrounding neighborhood however the suspect was not located.
