Suniga pleas guilty to grand theft embezzlement of Santa Paula High band booster funds
On March 17, 2016 the sentencing hearing was held regarding suspect Michael Suniga pleading guilty to one count of grand theft embezzlement. Suniga was sentenced to 330 days in county jail and 5 years probation. A restitution hearing has yet to be held but Suniga did agree to pay back at least $17,000. It should […]
