Enjoy a rare opportunity to spend an evening at The Jonathan Club, for a special Chef Tasting Dinner presented by Executive Chef Jason McClain and half a dozen of LA’s hottest young chefs to celebrate the contributions of Mitzie Cutler and to raise funds for a scholarship in her name.

The event will feature delectable hors d’oeuvres, served on the rooftop, followed by a seated three-course dinner with wine pairings. Funds raised will support Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) Los Angeles, which provides culinary scholarships, education, job training and lifetime career guidance to students at area high schools in Los Angeles.

Chef McClain will lead a star-studded C-CAP Alumni lineup in the kitchen including Chef Raymond Alvarez from Toca Madera, Dustin Trani from Doma, Pastry Chef Ivan Marquez from Short Cake and Bouchon, Pastry Chef Anthony Greco from Lukshon and Father’s Office, Wesdin Hernandez and Robert Valdovinos from Fresh and Ready Foods. A special signature cocktail, “The Mitzie”, will be presented by C-CAP Alum Mixologist Devin Espinosa from The Church Key. In addition, renowned Pastry Chef Donald Wressell will join the all-star lineup. Assisting the chefs will be C-CAP high school culinary students, eager to put their mark on the culinary world.
