The Woke Supremacy Ranks Top 10 in Amazon Category

Since Evan Sayet coined the phrase The Woke Supremacy, it has more and more come into popular usage. Sayet’s book by that title (Kindle version) now ranks in the top ten in the field of “political science” on Amazon’s comprehensive sales list.

Sayet’s book, which has been compared to Thomas Paine’s Common Sense before the Revolutionary War and Harriet Beecher Stowe’s Uncle Tom’s Cabin before the Civil War, argues convincingly that the Woke political movement is a Supremacist movement akin to the Nazi, Marxist and Islamicist movements of past and present.

Sayet says, “The definition of a Supremacist movement is not merely that there’s bigotry, hatred and injustice — all three of which are present in the Woke movement — but that there is the conviction that all rights, privileges and protections of society belong only to those who possess what I call ‘The Supreme Trait.'”  “All ‘Others,'” Sayet continues, “are not only to be denied these things, but it is a moral imperative to the supremacist that their society’s resources be used to fully disempower and silence all Others.”

Sayet points out in his book that, while we in America typically associate Supremacist movements with race, the reality is that history is full of examples of Supremacist movements and almost none of them see race as the determining factor of the Supreme Trait.

In the Marxist Supremacy, for example, the Supreme Trait is based not on race but on class. In those societies, Sayet says, those who possess the Supreme Trait of proletarianism are entitled to all of the rights, privileges and protections while the Others — the bourgeoisie — are not only not entitled to them, but it is a moral imperative to the Marxist that society’s resources be used to build gulags and man mental institutions into which the Other will be permanently confined in order to disempower and silence them.

In the Islamicist societies like those of ISIS, Hamas, Hezbollah, al-Qaeda and the Ayatollahs in Iran, the Supreme Trait is based not on race or class, Sayet notes in The Woke Supremacy, but on creed. “Those who possess the Supreme Trait of extreme devotion before Sixth Century Muhammad,” Sayet says, “are entitled to all of the rights, privileges and protections of Islamicist societies. All Others are not only denied them, but it is a moral imperative that the Islamicists’ resources, right down to his very life, be used to fully disempower and forever silence all Others.”
What makes it a “moral imperative,” Sayet argues, is that another hallmark of a Supremacist movement is that it promises the perfect world once all the Others have been effectively dealt with.
Given that the Woke believe that such rights as freedom of speech, assembly and association, as well as due process and even the right to hold a job should belong only to those who possess the Supreme Trait of Wokeness and that once only those who possess this trait are empowered and with voice, the perfect world will follow, “it is simply undeniable that the Woke movement is a Supremacist movement” whose means may be different than the others (thanks to advances in technologies, Sayet points out) but whose end — the perfect world of their imagination — is one and the same.

Sayet’s book, The Woke Supremacy, which has been receiving the highest of praise from lay readers, pundits and politicians as well as from the diplomatic, military and intelligence communities, is available at Amazon.com. Mr. Sayet will also be in Southern California on a book signing tour from May 12 through May 23. Check with your local groups for dates.
