Tim Conway passed in Los Angeles on May 14 2019 after a lengthy illness. He was best known for his work on The Carol Burnett Show where his comedic talents were on full display. Conway was born on December 15th, 1933 in Willoughby, Ohio. His long career began in television in 1963 on Channing where he performed a bit part. He did work on the silver screen with the Apple Dumpling Gang, The Prize Fighter and The Private Eye. However, he will be best remembered for television from The Carol Burnett Show to McHale’s Navy.
Conway is survived by his wife Charlene and his children, Tim Conway Jr. (who hosts a radio show on KFI), Corey Conway, Pat Conway, Seann Conway , Jamie Conway and Kelly Conway.Â
