Traffic stop leads to arrest for Meth in Santa Paula

ambulance arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;”>On Friday October 28 at approximately 10:35 am, Santa Paula Police Department. officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for a vehicle code violation in the 100 block of N. Steckel Drive  During the investigation the driver, Gregory Herron age 52 of Santa Paula, was found to be in possession of a methamphetamine pipe and over 1 ounce of methamphetamine that was packaged for sales on his person.  Herron was arrested for possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance, and possession of a smoking device.

After being processed at the Santa Paula Police Department Herron was transported to the Ventura County Main Jail where he is being held on $70,000.00 bail.
