Andrew Littlejohn (DOB 08/08/90), a transient, was sentenced on December 4, 2020, to 2 years 8 months in state prison for distributing child sexual abuse material and for attempting to obstruct an investigation. Littlejohn had previously pled guilty on October 20, 2020.
In September 2019, Littlejohn used his Gmail and Facebook accounts to distribute child pornography. Shortly thereafter, the District Attorney’s Bureau of Investigation High Tech Task Force drafted search warrants for Littlejohn’s Google and Facebook accounts, cellular phone, and the residence of the individual to whom Littlejohn sent the child pornography. After the search warrants were executed, Littlejohn then requested the recipient of the child pornography lie to police claiming Littlejohn’s account had been hacked. The person who received the child pornography distributed by Littlejohn was prosecuted and convicted in a separate proceeding. Both cases were prosecuted by the District Attorney’s Office Fraud and Technology Crimes Unit.
