seek arial, sans-serif;”>The Oxnard City Council will discuss a gang violence report (citywide crime is up 56%),  another $194,000 for auditor Eadie and Payne to complete the troubled 2014-15 audit of City books, proposed new conflict of interest policy, plus closed session labor negotiations . The City and bargaining units have made no breakthroughs in realizing the budgeted $4 million in employee concessions to help offset the $12 million general fund deficit.

Closed session starts 4:30 PM, general meeting at 6 PM.

    Have the auditors been given the documents they were missing? Just read the previous article stating the auditors left due to City not providing necessary info.

    Are we paying more due to the delays?
