Two arrested for burglary in Oak Park
On Wednesday, at about 10:55am, Ventura County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 5300 block of Evanwood Avenue, for a residential burglary that had just occurred. The two suspects who were involved were seen fleeing the location with the victim’s property towards Kanan Road.
Investigators determined 19 year old Jack Hannah and 18 year old Eric Mantta, both of Oak Park, were involved in the burglary. During the investigation, it was discovered another home on Evanwood Avenue was burglarized. Hannah and Mantta were arrested for residential burglary. The stolen property was recovered.
Hannah was booked for two counts of residential burglary, sales of prescription medication, minor in possession of a concealable firearm and minor in possession of live ammunition. Mantta was booked for two counts of residential burglary.
