U.S. Ranks 24th in Literacy: The Remedy — Happy National School Choice Week!

Our higher education is the best in the world because it allows market forces to do what they do so well — create an environment of choice where young people can compare institutions and choose the best education that suits their needs. For years we’ve seen a system that treats our communities as public education prisons and our children as state property. It’s time for a new approach that gives the power of choice back to parents and education back to teachers.

    You can thank the teachers union for this and their complicit politicians.

    Vouchers are the only real answer to a quality education for your children. The only thing public education is lacking, and it isn’t more money, is competition. Could you imagine how great public education would be if it had to compete with private education? There might even be pressure to remove failing teachers and/or administrators for failing performance.
