The Ventura County Sheriff’s Office recently updated its Homicide Cold Cases Link within the Sheriff’s Office public website.
The Cold Cases link can be viewed in the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office public website (venturasheriff.org) under “Featured Links.” The Cold Cases Link contains short summaries of unsolved homicides that occurred within the Ventura County Sheriff’s jurisdictions. The Cold Case link also includes short summaries of long-term missing persons who have not yet been located. The Sheriff’s Office will continue to routinely update the Cold Cases Link by uploading more homicide cold cases and long-term missing persons.
The purpose of this link is to allow the public to view the uploaded cases with the hope that information will be provided to investigators to assist with these investigations. The Sheriff’s Office values any information that may assist investigators in solving these crimes and bring justice to the victims and their families.
