LOS ANGELES—Officials from U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will offer free information sessions to the public about citizenship and immigration. These sessions will take place in Placentia, Inglewood and South Gate. USCIS will provide information about eligibility for citizenship, residency requirements, the English and civics tests and application forms and fees, depending on the session. One information sessions will be held in Spanish.
Officials will also discuss ways to avoid becoming a victim of immigration scams. Free educational materials will be given out, while supplies last.
