DEV Ocean is CICA Inc, and how will this group of real estate investors fight against the Geoff Palmer/County high rises?

He has a petition against the apartment complex, but no position on it. It has people’s emails/addresses and personal info on this petition, is he for or against, REALLY?

We need to know now, something has changed!
