In November of 2020, a 16-year-old Victim came into the Ventura Police Department to report that his employer at a construction job at various locations in Ventura had exposed himself to, sexually battered, and taken pictures of the victim’s genitalia.
Detectives of the Special Victims Unit initiated an investigation into the incident. During the investigation, Detectives discovered that the suspect Richard Robles had committed the allegations against the victim.
On 3/25/21, Robles was arrested and booked into Ventura County Jail.
