Ventura: Burglar arrested–Woman returns home and finds him in her house

February 18th, ambulance Wednesday night, cialis at 8:45, 24 year old Tracy Bartholemew returned home in the 5900 block of Woodland St. and found the suspect exiting her residence with some of her property. The victim provided a description of the suspect and his last direction of travel.

Responding officers arrived on scene quickly and located the 55 year old Timothy Twaddle still in the general area. Bartholemew positively identified Twaddle and told officers she had left her residence unlocked, and when she returned home and attempted to open her front door, she felt resistance from the inside, which turned out to be Twaddle trying to pull the door open to leave. They briefly confronted each other when the front door opened and Twaddle ran away.

Further investigation revealed Twaddle lived near by, but did not know the victim, and never had permission to be inside her residence. Some of the victim’s property was recovered and returned to her. Twaddle was arrested for residential burglary and booked at the Ventura County Jail. Nobody was injured as a result of this incident.
