The Ventura Food Co-op (VFC) invites Ventura County Fair visitors to talks and round tables about food, gardening, and health at their booth in the Agriculture Building & on stage daily during the Ventura County Fair, Wednesday, August 3, through Sunday, August 14
The Ventura Food Co-op mission is to provide fairly priced groceries, while following principles of cooperation and community resilience. The Coop’s focus as a food HUB, is to provide small-scale, locally grown organic and regenerative goods to keep ourselves, our community, and our environment healthy and happy.
Over 20 presentations will inform and inspire visitors with a vision of the many benefits from coming together around localizing and making our food supply more secure. For example:
