Ventura PD arrest prowler after homeowner catches man in his Jacuzzi

medications arial, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;”>On Tuesday at 8:28pm July 19th, a homeowner in the 1800 block of Channel Drive heard loud noises in his backyard.  He looked outside and saw a man, later identified as 47 year old Travis Jones, a vagrant, inside of his Jacuzzi. 

The victim confronted Jones, who ran out of the yard and jumped onto the roof of a neighboring residence.  The victim called police as Jones was running away.  Officers arrived and quickly located Jones on the roof of a nearby residence.  He was taken into custody without incident.  Jones was ultimately arrested for prowling, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and a parole violation.
