I check the Sheriff’s Blotter in the Acorn each week. Most of the arrest are in regards to illegal substances; mainly meth. From what I’ve heard it’s as addictive as heroine and relatively easy to produce. It is not a victimless crime because the other most common crime in The Blotter is breaking and entering with many thefts.

It’s more than a guess to come to the conclusion that they are related.
